Francesco Faccin - Modern Italian Furniture Designer from IMaestri

Francesco Faccin
Born in 1977 in Milan, Faccin attended the European Design Institute and then began working for Enzo Mari, while also freelancing as a designer for companies like Tod’s and Segis. Since 2004 he has been developing limited edition, self-produced designs, working closely with craftsmen to monitor every stage of product development. In 2009 he met Michele De Lucchi, and their partnership has continued to this day. In 2010 he took part in SaloneSatellite for the second time and won the Design Report Award 2010. Since 2010 he has been teaching Industrial Design at the NABA in Milan, with a Product Design course entitled “Progetti non Oggetti”.
