Bakery Studio

Bakery Studio was founded in 2009. The studio consists of designers Ran Amitai and Gilli Kuchik. The designers met and became a couple in design, and in life, during their studies at the department of Industrial Design at Bezalel Academy of Art and Design in Jerusalem, Israel. The designers believe in a design process based on hands-on experimentation and play with materials and technologies, finding new ways of interpreting traditional production methods and object typologies. Gilli and Ran live and work in Tel Aviv, Israel.
